Sales Closer / Executive

A results-driven B2B Sales Closer who negotiates and finalizes sales for our Web Development and custom digital solutions.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and converting leads into customers. This role requires strong communication skills, a proven track record in sales, and an understanding of how to sell service-based solutions to businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients across various platforms (LinkedIn, cold outreach, Upwork, email, WhatsApp).
  • Promote and sell Web Development (CMS & Custom) services.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored service solutions.
  • Build a consistent sales pipeline and maintain CRM records.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and updates.
  • Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in digital, tech, or creative services).
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Basic understanding of website development and design services is a plus.
